Job Description

Healthcare AssistantRolling RotaFavershamSuperior Healthcare are exciting to offer an opportunity to join a rolling rota with a client based in Faversham.The contract offers 33 hours per week. Week 1 of the rota will be Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then week 2 will be Monday, Thursday and Friday. Week 3 same as week 1 week 4 same we as week 2.The shifts will be 12 hours in duration and you will be based in one location for the whole shift.If the rolling rotas do not work for you, we can offer a fortnightly rota with this client and a flexible rota for the alternative weeks (i.e. Week 1 and week 3 with the client in Faversham then week 2 and week 4 can be fully flexible to work around yourcurrent commitments).Pay rate and benefits

We are delighted to offer ongoing paid training opportunities throughout your employment. This could include, dementia awareness, BSL and epilepsy medication training.Requirements
  • You must have 3 months previous experience of working as a carer or support worker
  • Access to your own car would be preferable but may not be essential if you have good access to and are willing to use alternative transport.
  • All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this prior to employment being offered.
