Job Description

German Speaking Customer Service Executive This specialist travel company is looking for a German Speaking Customer Services Executive to join their expanding team. This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a German SpeakingCustomer Services Executive you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from German & English customers. German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from German & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
  • Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with overseas villa owners as required to pass on information and resolve any situations arising.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the villas offered and the areas in which they are located.
German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Skills Required:
  • Bilingual German / English verbal & written required.
  • Office based administrative experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the companys success and growth.
German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Additional Information:
  • Salary circa £24k depending on experience.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 6, plus weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
  • Regular familiarisation trips are provided.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Regular social events.
  • Working from home for now but longer term will be office based.
