Job Description

Remote working

  • We are currently looking to recruit for several Temporary Payroll Administrators to work remotely for some of our clients.
  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, working within a team environment, you will be responsible for assisting with the payroll administration for a multi-sited payrolls.
  • Working knowledge of Tax and NI payments and deductions.
  • Exposure to SMP, SSP calculations would be desirable.
  • You will be also responsible for Data input onto the payroll system
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be the point of contact for dealing with payroll queries.
  • Excellent excel skills including v-lookups etc.
  • Working knowledge of Itrent/Resourcelink are essential for these roles.
  • You need to be an excellent team player who can work within a busy deadline environment.
  • This role is to start asap.
