Graduate Financial Administrator - Farnham - Wealth Management Firm - up to £28kAre you an all-round financial administrator dealing all aspects of a wealth management practice or similar or possibly a graduate looking to take your first steps into the world of wealth management. My client, a Chartered Independent Financial Advisor(IFA) based in Farnham, who have a loyal HNW client bank of local private individuals. This medium sized firm is well established with a full admin, paraplanning and support team to ensure the smooth running of the business.Due to the organic growth and lots of new business coming into the practice, the Managing Director is seeking a new Financial Administrator to join the team and support the entire function of the business. You will be working on obtaining clients financialdetails, writing letters of authority and valuation, onboarding new clients, conducting AML checks, speaking to product providers and preparing all meeting documents and necessary resources. You will take a leading role in managing the back office system.This role will be suitable for a Financial Administrator with experience in a wealth management setting or a fresh graduate who is keen to get stick in and learn but with a good academic background and ideally someone who is studying or wishes to study towardstheir Diploma (DipPFS or DipFA) . But this is not essential.You will benefit from study support for any exams you are undertaking, accessible parking, extensive exposure to working with Paraplanners and an experienced adviser.
