Job Description

Successful, long established business in the private healthcare sector is looking for a Customer Relationship Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. As part of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for speaking to patients, completing stock checks and most importantly ensuring a great customer experience, delivering a personalised service.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all calls are completed to the highest possible standard
  • Handle telephone queries
  • Input customer orders
  • Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
  • Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
  • Work within regulatory and GDPR requirements
  • Administration of orders
  • Liaise with doctors surgeries regarding patients prescriptions
    • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. This position offers a competitive salary plus attractive company benefits.
