Job Description

  • Excellent experience in Cisco LAN & WAN technologies and hardware.
  • Working knowledge of Switching, Routing.
  • Working Knowledge of Networking management tool sets
  • Experience & /or understanding of Wireless, Video Conferencing, Collaboration, Security appliances.
  • An Understanding of IT Security Standards
  • Experience in various Networking technologies ISDN, Circuits, Voice, Windows Server, DHCP,TCP/IP
  • Has Trouble shooting experience with complex networks.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • CCNA equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and practical application experience with SNMPc
  • Knowledge and practical application experience with Scrutinizer
  • Knowledge and practical application experience around IT Security Standards
  • Knowledge and experience with Patapsco
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001
  • Planning & prioritising skills
  • Service orientated customer facing skills
  • Strong system analysis experience required
  • Experience in a service delivery, best practice environment preferred
  • ITIL v3.0 Framework Certificate or equivalent experience of an ITIL Service Management Implementation.
