Job Description

Our client a highly successful wealth management business provides holistic advice to both individuals and companies on all aspects of financial planning.As an integral part of their growth plans, they are seeking to appoint a Life & Protection Administrator to join their business support function.This role suites a multi-talented individual who likes to get things done. The individual we seek is ambitious with a desire to progress and develop a career within financial services.To be considered you must have at least 2 years Protection/mortgage/wealth administration experience, preference will be given to candidates who are part qualified working towards becoming a para planner/practice manager or advisor as the client will supportand fund the qualifications required.Role Responsibilities.

  • Managing incoming correspondence, scanning and re-naming documents received and setting tasks or action points for follow ups
  • Chasing insurance providers, surgeries and medical companies for updates and information to help progress applications and keep clients up to date.
  • Update clients and contact ongoing clients via emails, telephone calls, letters and text messages to ensure the receive excellent customer service and support throughout their applications.
  • Uploading documentation and reports to electronic business submission platform for compliance checking in line with company and industry regulatory guidelines.
  • Use information supplied by advisers to create bespoke suitability and recommendation reports for clients supporting sales advice and send to clients via electronic signature platform in line with industry regulatory guidelines.
The person:
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, with the knowledge and ability to make a difference in the company, matched with a proven track record coupled with the skills to progress the companys interests.
  • Prior industry experience is essential as is up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
  • Sound technical knowledge of the distribution channels within the UK regulatory market.
  • Manage workflow you will be experienced in implementation, change management, systems, and processes.
