Ultimately, we have our eye on using our Science, Data and Logistics expertise to bring proactive healthcare testing to everyone, and we are looking for newtalent to help us achieve this.Job descriptionThe IT department support the companys Business Application systems, (Dynamics Business Central, QPulse, SAP Litmos, etc) and require the services of a Junior System Administrator, to support the Warehouse, Purchasing, Health & Safety, Quality and InventoryManagement functions, and to improve its service offering into the business.This role will support enhancements of existing systems and processes across multiple business sectors, as well as developing new system-driven methods and solutions to solve business problems.Role Responsibilities

  • Extract information from existing systems to enable transition to new systems or new third party suppliers, in support of any outsourcing initiatives
  • First line user support and triage of issues on business applications
  • Administer user profiles, to minimise expense of licence fees, (MS365, AD, etc)
  • Resolve second level data and systems change requests, escalate to level 3 support, as necessary
  • Become a system Super-User, who can provide temp cover for other team roles on an ad-hoc basis
  • Provide business system support for Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Health & Safety and Inventory Management functions
  • Develop solutions for deployment, (such as Incident & accident form for H&
  • Create & Update Training Material
  • Conduct User Training courses, both 1 on 1 and to groups
  • Provide ongoing skills development training for existing users
  • Contact point for external supplier with regard system matters
  • Correcting system entries, when necessary
  • Inputting Bulk Updates
  • Entering & Maintaining System parameters, (item master data, inventory planning master data such as min stock, etc)
  • Test any new system, or process, release or modification (for example using bills of material to drive inventory planning and MRP, bar-code scanning for stock management)
  • Developing new processes & working methods, both for continual improvement and for issue resolution purposes
  • Contact point to and from other company divisions,
  • Design and produce system reports to meet business needs
  • Assist IT team with Adhoc projects, such as Laptop configuration and deployment
Job requirements
  • Proven ability to support, configure, develop or design business software systems
  • Support, Admin or Super-user experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP, QPulse or similar systems
  • Open and honest communicator, delivers clear and consistent messages
  • Trouble-shooter, problem solver, shows initiative
  • Hard working, accurate and diligent, able to work independently
  • Presentable, and able to articulate technical concepts in plain language
