Job Description

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE:To ensure that the business is at the forefront of its market and in order to best serve our existing clients and to grow the business through the provision of innovation and quality user friendly software. This role focuses on the implementation of our Enterprise module, which is an enhancement of our software which includes creating workflows, integrations, tasks and case management.KEY TASKS AND DUTIES, ACTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey Tasks:

  • Build & maintain existing and new matter type workflows
  • Delivery of Enterprise to new and existing customers via consultation
  • Update internal and external documentation
  • Duties:
  • To be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence to question processes to ensure the best methodology is found
  • Delivery of Enterprise implementation through cross department engagement to ensure timescales met
  • Implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs)
  • • Contribution to development of Professional Services strategy/objectives
  • Training and retraining of team members on updates to Enterprise
  • Commercial awareness to manage the business needs whilst supporting customer requirements
  • Strong ability to constantly reprioritise workload
  • Impeccable time-keeping, diary management and delivery of training and support during all phases of each project
  • Shows proactive initiative by identifying and developing service improvements, efficiency and effectiveness
  • To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered by the Company and to ensure customer loyalty is maintained
  • To comply with all statutory legislation
  • To identify and report all and any hazards
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as deemed necessary by your Line Manager and the Managing Director
