Job Description

Our client, a prestigious, multi-awarding winning Estate agent is on the lookout for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Fakenham.This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for the right individual to forge a long-term career within Estate Agency. The ideal applicant will come from a sales and a high-level customer service background.As a Trainee Sales Negotiator your role will involve:

  • Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties.
  • Booking property market appraisals.
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants.
  • Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
  • Extremely smart and well-presented at all times, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Working closely with the team, sharing information to secure additional business
To be considered for the role you must have:
  • Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy, and act with integrity
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Estate Agency experience is ideal however not essential
Working days:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (Half Day)
Our client is offering the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator:
  • Basic salary of up to £20,000
  • Realistic OTE of £25,000+ (Uncapped)
