Student Support AssistantLocation: FakenhamSalary: SCP 5-6 £21,575 - £21,968 per annum FTE (Actual £16,227 - £16,819 per annum)Hours: 32.5 per week (Term Time + 1 week)Our client was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk.The RoleThe Trust are looking to appoint a Student Support Assistant to start at one of their Academys in the Spring/Summer Term. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly with students with a diverse range of special educational needs, includinglearning, physical and medical difficulties, enabling them access to the Curriculum. Applicants will need a good basic education, good communication skills and an interest in working with young people.Role RequirementsPrevious experience of working with young people, or in an educational environment, is desirable. Consideration will be given to applicants who are considering a career in education and wish to gain experience.
