Job Description

Elis is an international multi-service provider, offering textile, hygiene and facility services solutions. We work for public and private organizations of all sizes and across all sectors.We are looking for a Service Agent Van Driver to Measure and Install our garments for our customers. This is a brilliantly varied job where you will be the face of Elis to many of our amazing customers, you will offer support, insight and exceptional serviceto ensure that the relationship between the customer and Elis is maintained to the highest standard.Responsibilities for an Installations Representative Service Agent:

  • To accurately measure, record wearers actual sizes.
  • To complete the WMS in full (date, product codes, sizes, names, special alterations) and ensure the individual and a manager authorised by the company both sign the sheet.
  • To forward the completed WMS and any associated documents to the Fakenham office within 48 hours.
  • To lead the installation of the garments (label lockers, sort garments into correct locker locations) for new and existing customers.
  • To conduct stock takes as required (using a garment list, highlight the garments on site at the time of the stock take).
  • To conform to all HSE legislation and Elis safety standards.
  • To comply with the company’s security rules and its customers.
  • To maintain company housekeeping standards both on site and at customer’s premises.
Requirements for Service Agent Van Driver:
  • Customer focused with experience in a customer facing role
  • Attention to detail and well organised
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer and Elis
  • Patient, polite and courteous and articulate
  • Driving licence
  • Ability to use sizing sets to measure the wearers exact size.
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure as required.
  • Ability to accurately complete the documentation to report the exact requirements for the customer.
  • Travel to all locations within the remit required, which includes Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent and parts of London.
