Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Fakenham have the requirement for an experienced Service Advisor (Aftersales Executive) to join their highly successful team.As a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor your Key Role Responsibilities will include:As an Aftersales Executive (Service Advisor), you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:- Delivering upon the Service Core Process and clients Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.- Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.- Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.- Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure that the ‘flow’ of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.- Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes.- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.Prerequisites:- Previous motor industry experience- Full UK driving licence requiredThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is seeking career development in an innovative and dynamic organisation.In return our client offers a competitive basic salary, generous bonus scheme plus an extensive benefits package.
