| Mechanical Engineer | Fakenham | £35k-37.7k | 40 Hours| 1 in 3 weeks on site on call |Are you an experienced mechanical engineer looking for your next challenge in the engineering worldDo you relish in a friendly and approachable working environmentI am currently working with a company who works with some huge brand names in their chosen field. With multiple sites based all over the nation, this particular site is responsible for 40% of the entire companies workload and with its current staffs capabilities,are able to take this comfortably in their stride.Working either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 in 3 week on call rota on site. Due to being on site on the weekend in this pattern you are in turn not on shift the following Monday Tuesday thus meaning that for the aforementioned salary you wouldbe working only 20 days a month.Key Responsibilities-Maintaining industry machinery-Working at height-Determining efficiency and quality-Preventative and Planned Maintenance-Plant Inspection-Fabrication of basic plant equipment-Staff training-Installation of new equipment to manufacturing guidelinesAbout you-Ideally a mechanical background-Incredible team working skills-Ability to procure risk assessments fit for purpose-Maintain incredible attention to detail-Possess strong problem-solving skills-Process knowledge within -Good understanding of a manufacturing environmentBenefits-Company Growth Profit Scheme offering up to 10% annually-2% pay increase per annum-20 days of work each month -Never working within 12 hours of finishing a shift-Reliable flexibility and team working approachWhen working with our company, enthusiasm and perseverance are the kinds of approach we like to instil in the work we do here.
