What youll be doing: As our Meter Technician you will manage your own workload so will feel like you are your own boss with the support of a big organisation behind you. As well as:- Customer focussed individuals - A professional image is very important - we will provide you with a uniform and van - The role can be physically demanding as you will walk in the region of 3 to 8 miles per day. - You will also use a handheld computer to carry out your work, so basic IT skills are requiredHours You are responsible for organising your own time and have the flexibility to plan your own day to meet the meter reading targets. Working a 37-hour week. Your hours are flexible between the working window of 6:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays this includes early morning starts and late evenings until 8pm as this is when our customers are most likely to be athome.
