Job Description

R13 Recruitment are supporting a fantastic Fakenham-based business in their search for an Internal Account Manager. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality products and services to an existent client base.This is a full time, permanent position, working 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.The day to day

  • Performing daily sales activities and process purchase orders.
  • Fostering relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
  • Supporting with quoting and administrative tasks.
  • Analysing customer spending and product portfolios to identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system, and contributing to company growth goals.
You will have/be
  • Demonstrated success in telesales, showcasing a reliable track record.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant disposition - a minimum of one-year experience.
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
