Job Description

This Great long term Interim HR Officer is to be working in the Fakenham area for this consultancy organisation with a great culture of supporting staff and looking for a like minded individual to join the team and rive their HR function forwardClient DetailsAs an Interim HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing HR advisory services to support the organisations HR & talent functions. This position is ideal for individuals with practical HR experience looking to contribute their skills and knowledgein a supportive and dynamic work environment based form their Fakenham area offices for this great Consultancy business offering great experience and potential of a permanent opportunity after a successful temporary periodDescriptionInterim HR Officer Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Training and Development: Support training initiatives and help implement learning and development programs.
  • Ensure the organisations HR practices align with employment laws and regulations.
ProfileInterim HR Officer characteristics and expertise;
  • Practical HR experience is essential, and previous advisory/ Officer roles are a plus.
  • CIPD commencement or equivalent HR qualifications are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
