Job Description

CAR SALES EXECUTIVESDO YOU FEEL UNDERVALUED AND READY FOR A MOVE TO A QUALITY-DRIVEN TEAM WITH SOLID LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTIONEXCELLENT BASIC SALARY WITH REALISTIC O.T.E OF £45,000 + CAR + OTHER BENEFITSOur customer, a large retail group is looking for Car Sales Executives to join their existing team in Norfolk.The RoleThere is a search for Salespeople to join during late 2022 or early 2023 to help provide a high quality of service to their new and approved used car customers in the important year ahead. The UK car market is set to receive more vehiclesupply next year - which means more customer activity. Our customer wants to be ready.The good news is previous car sales experience is not an essential requirement to access this role. What is essential is enthusiasm, a can-do mindset, and a belief that you can succeed.If you can show past success in a customer-facing environment, delivering an exceptional customer sales experience, we want to hear from you. Guaranteed earnings are offered during the first year whilst you learn and become an expert - including the useof a Company vehicle.What you will doAs a Sales Executive, you will be representing both your Company and the represented car brand. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the customer experience from start to finish being in control of the experience and leaving nothing left to chance.   • To promote the sale of vehicles in line with all aspects of the Sales Experience
  • Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits.
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business and always promoting the culture of customer service excellence.
Key Requirements:
  • You must have a stable career history that you can present and demonstrate clearly during an interview
  • Experience working within a defined sales process is desirable
  • A desire to grow and develop within the role to be ready for future progression
  • A UK driving license is a must-have
