Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Fakenham have the requirement for an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join their high performing and prestigious team.Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager will include:To lead your department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner, in line with the Vision, and build an accountable and progressive business unit.- To effectively manage the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.- Ensuring that your wider team has a clear understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business in its entirety, and that this is effectively translated into clear and championed visions and strategies.- Champion the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes.- Demonstrate your department’s consistent adherence to the group’s Aftersales Experience; ensuring that every element is executed robustly and consistently, and with a balanced approach to positive customer and business outcomes.- Have a clear, understood and robust approach to personal development and performance management/measurement across your department, ensuring that all employees within your department have received the coaching and training needed to be able to conduct their roles effectively, and to develop into specialists within their chosen areas.- Champion and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is seeking career development in an innovative and dynamic organisation.Previous and stable Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience is preferable, however Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Controller/Service Team Leader experience would also be considered. You must also hold a full UK driving licence. In return our client offers a competitive basic salary, generous bonus scheme, use of a company vehicle plus an extensive benefits package.
