Job Description

TEC are working with a well-established medical manufacturing company that supplies specialist medical equipment to customers in the UK and internationally.They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be part of the Sales and Customer Support Team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and actioning them appropriately
  • Coordinate deliveries with a third-party delivery carrier using a bespoke portal
  • Be responsible for checking all delivery documentation and booking deliveries in with customers
  • Assist with ad hoc requests from sales colleagues
  • Assist with cover for colleagues during holidays and sickness across the sales and customer support department
  • Work as a team player within the sales and customer support department
About you:
  • Clear communicator with good telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload in an effective manner
  • Competent with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in a similar role
