They specialise in offering a tailored service to their personal and corporate clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.They are currently seeking a Payroll Services Senior to join their team in their Exmouth Office.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Support: Oversee the work of payroll administrators, providing guidance, answering queries, and ensuring high standards of client service.Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for payroll processing, auto-enrollment services, and related tasks.Payroll Processing: Handle payroll operations and manage bank credits efficiently.Team Support: Assist the Head of Payroll Services with various tasks and projects.Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth into skilled payroll administrators.What’s in it for you

Requirements:

Several years’ experience working within Payroll
Previous experience mentoring individuals within Payroll
Previous experience utilising SAGE
Attention to detail
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
