Workshop Controller Responsibilities:You will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in driving workshop business forward and inspire the team of Technicians to ensure that every customers vehicle is repaired or serviced in a timely manner, the first time, and in accordance withCompany policies and standards. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of people management, loading requirements, labour sales targets and should be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail ensuring that Manufacturer anddealership guidelines are adhered to.Theideal Workshop Controller:To be considered for this role, it will be essential that you have experience of or are currently working in a large franchised workshop or Service department. Applications are encouraged from candidates who currently work as a Senior/Master Technician orclearly as a Workshop Controller in a busy automotive environment.
