Job Description

White Goods Service Manager - South West We are a professional, specialist appliance repair company who work closely with all leading Manufacturers. We are responsible for servicing customers throughout the UK and are proud to call ourselves one of the largest by achieving excellent customerservice.Due to expansion, we are now seeking to recruit an Area Service Manager within your location!Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of field based engineers within your local area a long side using your hands on experience to also repair White Goods
  • Monitoring & setting KPIs for all field engineers delivering the highest levels of repair
  • Passing on in-depth technical knowledge, managing performances and delivering results
  • Meeting customers, possessing excellent customer service skills
  • Field based position
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
  • Relevant experience working within the white goods / domestic appliance industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within the industry as a senior engineer
  • Relevant electrical experience fault finding and repairing appliances: washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration and cookers.
  • Domestic ACS gas CCN1, CKR1 and F Gas Qualifications (would be an advantage)
  • Full Drivers Licence
Package:
  • Basic Salary depending on experience: from £40,000
  • Monday - Friday 40 hour working week
  • 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service)
