Alongside maintaining the Purchase Ledger function, you will be involved with processing expenses and assisting with SalesLedger duties.This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact within a well-loved local charity, whilst utilising your finance skills.Responsibilities include:* Maintaining the Purchase Ledger to ensure all invoices are processed correctly & in a timely way.* Processing expenses to ensure they are paid correctly.* Maintaining the Creditors Aged Trial Balance to ensure it is accurate.* Matching payments against supplier accounts & reconciling bank transactions.* Solving queries & ensuring payments are processed on time.* Maintaining, adding & amending supplier records and invoice records.* Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.* Managing & reconciling petty cash.The ideal candidate:* AAT Qualified/Part Qualified with proven Purchase Ledger experience.* Must be immediately available.
