As such they are now looking to take on a Technical Support Engineer to help them continue their growth.In this varied, office based role, you will be required to deal with technical queries from installers and customers for any issues they have with the product. You will aim to remotely diagnose and solve the problem wherever possible. You would also be involvedin remotely talking installers through the commissioning of the product. There will also be an opportunity to identify ways to streamline and improve the installation process.
