Job Description

  • Senior Software Development Engineer
  • Devon/Remote if you are based in the South of England
  • £55,000 per year
  • Plus, company benefits 25 days holiday, flexitime scheme, Pension, Health Cash Plan, Joining bonus
    • Skills and Experience:
  • Significant firmware and software development experience for embedded C platforms.
  • Development of OS applications.
  • MacOS and Windows
  • Python, PyQT
  • MySQL experience or similar, to help with the creation of production systems.
  • Systems architecture experience is also highly desirable.
  • Develop complex embedded firmware for leading edge electronic products
  • Collaborate with in-house and technical partner cross-functional development teams
  • Plan, execute and document development activities
  • Maintain and improve the current software design standards and processes
    • The Opportunity: My client are a leading innovator in system integration of high availability IT solutions for remote physical and virtual server workstations. They are looking for someone to join there highly successful R&D team to assist them with the design of world-first products for their global customer base. You will help them specify, architect, develop and verify firmware and software for the next generation products on their road map and support upgrades.
