Job Description

£23K - £25K | HYBRID WORKING ON COMPLETION OF PROBATION | EXETEROur client, a leading tech company is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their operation based in Exeter. The role involves the allocation and management of calls referred from the helpdesk to engineers via email and telephone.Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30Service Coordinator responsibilities include: -

  • Call handling and recording on the database
  • Coordinated the site visits for the field-based engineers
  • Management of the database to ensure all information is correct and up to date
  • Ensure the company calendar is up to date to include appointments, sickness, holidays, and vehicle repairs/MOTs
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
Service Coordinator requirements include: -
  • Experience in customer service and administrative duties
  • Being organised, time management, and using your own initiative
  • The ability to communicate with a variety of individuals on differing levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to have a flexible approach to the workload, ensuring tasks are dealt with in a timely manner
