Job Description

We are currently representing a talented, award-winning practice based in Exeter that are actively looking for a Senior / Associate Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent career opportunity for a Senior / Associate Technologist to build anddevelop their career further and grow our clients new Exeter office.Our client have an established client basis in the South-West and are seeking a Senior / Associate Technologist to expand the team within the Exeter as well as expand the offices portfolio of clients. The successful candidate should be driven and be confidentwhen dealing with clients.The right person will be well grounded, ambitious and keen to hold a strategic position within a design business, whilst retaining a hands on approach to the continued delivery of a range of projects. The most suitable candidate should also have a goodunderstanding of Revit, or at least have a willingness to learn Revit have an established network that can be utilized to secure further work and be able to operate at a senior level on complex projects. In addition, the most suitable candidate will have experienceof managing staff and be able to work as part of a larger team, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, commitment to providing exemplary customer service and a strong business persona.Senior / Associate Technologist (Office Lead) Position Overview

  • Responsible for leading and delivering designs for current and future projects
  • Overseeing and coordinating the delivery of projects assigned to delivery teams based
  • Managing staff
  • Assisting with the preparation bids and tender responses
  • Develop / maintain new and existing relationships and clients
  • Become responsible for overseeing the running of the Exeter Studio on a day to day basis
  • Responsible for growing business within the South West Region
Senior / Associate Technologist (Office Lead) Position Requirements
  • Confident in a client facing role
  • Motivated individual who is keen to progress further & help push the office forward
  • MCIAT (Preferred)
  • Happy commuting to Exeter as well as other offices on occasion
  • Good Design/technical skills
  • Experience of managing staff
  • Revit knowledge advantageous but not essential
