Job Description

This Car Dealership is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our successful Sales team based at our fantastic dealership on Marsh Barton in Exeter, Devon.What can we offer youIn return for your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary package and an excellent range of benefits including:

The role is very wide ranging but key responsibilities will be:-
  • To provide administrative support to the Sales team including the invoicing and registering of new and used Porsche models
  • The creation and management of customer orders
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with key reporting processes
  • Planning workload to ensure deliveries are in line with customer expectations
