Resourcing and Talent Planning Manager£55,000 per annumWorking hours: A minimum of 30 hours per weekLocationYou can be based in either the South West or the South East of England. We all support one another and work closely together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients that make us proud.What youll be doingThe role of Resourcing and Talent Planning Manager is a new addition to our Management Team that has come about in response to the needs of our clients. The main purpose of the job is to oversee and develop our Resourcing and Talent Planning Service Stream, providing strategic and operational advice to our clients whilst also supporting, coaching and guiding the HR consultants to develop their resourcing knowledge, capability and experience.It is an exciting role that will involve working closely with our clients to develop, plan and lead their workforce planning and resourcing strategies and campaigns to ensure their existing and long-term staffing requirements are met. You will manage a fulllifecycle RPO service across the business, devising and implementing recruitment plans and campaigns and handling the recruitment administrative process to ensure our clients recruit effectively.Youll help our clients to define and communicate their employer brand and employer value proposition so they can attract and retain the right talent for their organisations. You will also advise and lead on the use of assessment tools, including online,telephone and face-to-face interviews, competency-based interviewing, psychometrics, assessment centres, interview tests etc., to ensure recruitment processes are robust.In addition, youll be continuously working closely with the management team to ensure that work across the business is effectively resourced. You can read a full and detailed job description here on our website careers page.What are we looking forYou will have evidence of a strong background in resourcing, preferably in a recruitment process outsourcing role and in using technology and social media as candidate attraction tools. You will have experience of working with a range of selection toolsand be able to advise accordingly to add value to our clients recruitment processes. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to write really well as the role involves drafting strategies, detailed reports and presentations, as well asjob descriptions and adverts.You will have developed strong consulting and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders and senior leaders, and youll have experience in managing and directing work and projects, as well as developing and motivating colleagues.A full UK driving licence is essential, as is a willingness to travel to visit clients and your colleagues as part of our hybrid working model.
