Job Description

Residential Assistant Property ManagerExeter, South WestTo £26k + Bonus Potential, benefits and a stellar career pathAre you currently a Senior CSA or Assistant Manager considering your next stepIf so, EMBS Property are working with a client based in Exeter seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their BTR site.The client will consider either BTR, PBSA or Resi property management experience and someone who is currently a CSA or smaller site Assistant manager looking for their next step.You will be responsible for the lettings cycle across their sites and will also oversee the day to day operations of the properties including H&S compliance, marketing, customer service and resident experience and tenancy administration.Role outline:

  • To manage the lettings cycle and ensure occupancy across the sites
  • Oversee lettings compliance across the sites
  • Conduct viewings
  • Ensure excellent service standards
  • Manage tenancy documentation and legislation
  • Rent and arrears management
  • Reporting and local market analysis
  • Management of a small team and external contractors
  • Promote great resident experience within the sites!
