Regional Contract ManagerBased in Exeter (will need to travel between sites in Devon & Cornwall)£43,000 - £49,000Fantastic Benefits!Main Responsibilities You will work closely with Design, Sales, Logistics, Contract Administration and Compliance tohandover each project to your team to offer the best service to their clients.Be at the forefront of training their team to strive to be the best they can, in an enjoyable environment.Provide accurate reporting on site projects, financial, and health & safety. You will also be responsiblefor the accurate financial reporting and forecasts monthly, which will then be presented to the GroupBoard.* Manage, supervise, and train delivery staff including Project Managers, Assistant ProjectManagers, Site Supervisors and Resident Liaison Officers.* To detail company requirements to the project delivery team to allow them to providedetailed scopes, schedules and HSE documentation.* Monitor and support the project management team in the selection of appropriate Sub-Contractors based on balancing a range of factors including price, quality, experience,and suitability.* Support the project management team in producing a detailed project schedule, constructionphase plan and risk assessments and provide these to the client. To coordinate the timing ofproduct deliveries and the work of the project management team and communicate this tothe clients.* To facilitate the training of products and standards to Sub-Contractors to ensure competency.* To validate and ensure successful project invoicing is completed, with support from theContracts Administration team and Project Management team.* Take ownership of project financial following the sales handover through to payment ofretention.* To support the project management team in providing the commissioning informationand to ensure verification by the compliance team, inline with building regulations andMCS.* To support the sales team and client with pre-contract technical information and guidance.* To support the sales/design team with pre-contract site visits, pricing, and surveying.* Produce monthly performance reports on turnover (achieved and forecast),complaints, staffing, HSE and other associated information required for reporting tothe board.The Ideal Candidate
