Quality Compliance LeadWorking hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00am -4:30pm) + early finish on Friday (8am -3pm)Type: Permanent Lopcation: ExeterSalary: Competitive + variety of benefitsWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Process Compliance Lead to join a world class supplier of surface engineering services in Exeter! If you are familiar with NADCAP / ISO9100 or aerospace standards and you have 5 years experience in a similar industry, talk to us! The Quality Process Lead will plan and direct activities, oversee and manage all aspects of Quality Compliance. This will include PFMEAs, periodic testing, calibration and heat treatment approvals. Cultivating an atmosphere of continuous improvement and an ethos of open communication that embraces the vision, mission, values and strategy of the business.Your responsibilities: *Ensure that work is completed in compliance with customer specifications, regulations, manuals, procedures and company policy*Management and development of quality compliance throughout the entire business*Responsible for heat treatment and oven compliance, including qualification and management of relevant testing*Ensuring that the Quality Management System is updated and relevant reports are generated *Control PFMEA activitys*Facilitate monthly PFMEA review meetings*Control and process all periodic testing*Carry out internal quality audits and ensure they are up to date*Implement and maintain a team led environment, ensuring visual management systems and Safety, Quality, Delivery, cost and People (SQCDP) board are maintained, standard work, 5S systems and improvement plans are adhered to*Facilitate root cause analysis meetings with production, engineering and laboratory and others to determine root cause for product/process & audit failures*Run daily start-up meetings at SQDCP board when required*Identify the training needs of personnel and organise their training and follow their development and ensure all staff training matrices are maintainedIdeal Technical Skills & Requirements*Minimum of 5 years experience in similar industry.*Familiar with NADCAP/ ISO9100 or aerospace standards*8D reports, PFMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma *Able to communicate at all levels of the business.Benefits*Competitive salary.*A privately owned and managed group with a supportive company culture.*Opportunities for continuing professional development and dynamic growth pathways.*Life assurance (1 year salary)*On target bonus scheme*Additional Christmas bonus opportunityApply today!
