Purchase Ledger AdministratorExeterHours Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week£20,000 -£23,000The CompanyA manufacturer and wholesaler of agricultural spare parts and accessories.Job Purpose of the Purchase Ledger AdministratorTo effectively manage the processing and reconciling of all purchase invoices under your responsibility. The role covers the management of both indirect and direct stock purchase invoices from receipt, reconciliation though to payment in advance of maturityof the invoice payment date.What will the Purchase Ledger Administrator do* Daily processing of direct and indirect invoices - Daily matching of receipt reports and the effective reconciliation to delivery notes and purchase invoices - Manage outstanding queries and liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful completion - Management of supplier statements - Assist with both internal and external auditors - Resolution of discrepancies with regards to transactions, inventory and supplier terms - Adhere to audit requirements- Any other reasonable dutiesWhat skills and experience will Purchase Ledger AdministratorAccounts Payable Experience in a high volume/high pressure environment Experience using SAP Financial System for Accounts payable or similar systemGood administration and planning skills Ability to communicate effectively and clearly throughout the organisation Demonstrate initiative in resolving problems Good IT skills strong MS Excel skills Good verbal and communication skills.Accurate and good attention to detailWhat will the Purchase Ledger Administrator get in return25 days holiday plus bank holidays6% contributory pensionSubsidised medical insuranceLife InsuranceCycle to work schemeCompany profit share after 2 yearsStaff discount
