Acorn is recruiting Full Time Machine Production Operatives in ExeterTemporary and Permanent opportunity for an immediate startWorking 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 6:45am to 5pmSalary £23,400 per annumThe roles includes:* Basic running and setting of various machines * The Production and assembly of parts.* Follow inspection requirements during production to check output and spot flaws * Keep jobs cards up to date of production batch progress and accurately record daily activity using the TMS system.* Positively commit to and undertake any agreed training program.* Comply with all Health and Safety regulationsExperience:* Working knowledge as a machine operator.* Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools (Verniers, micrometers etc.)* Ability to read engineering drawings and dimensionsBenefits:* 195 hours paid annual leave + bank holidays* Company Pension Plan * Life assurance cover * Company profit share scheme following 2 years serviceGreat opportunity working for a friendly and supportive team.
