Job Description

This role will assist in the management of risk within the company by offeringthe best service, with confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Acting as first point of contact for the department, providing administrative support
  • Assisting with preparation of Risk Management reports, sourcing MI from other departments and external sources as directed
  • Preparing, collating, and circulating papers for meetings, taking and producing accurate minutes
  • Managing responsibilities and ensuring all deadlines are highlighted and effectively managed
  • Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, including travel, accommodation and hospitality as required
  • Liaising with colleagues at all levels and external business contacts
  • Checking and managing invoices and preparing expenses
  • Working closely with the PA to the CEO to provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Assisting with managing sponsorship projects
  • Assisting with meetings support and with arrangements for external events such as offsite meetings
  • Assisting with managing various MS Teams groups, uploading papers, preparing helpful resources, and filing appropriately
  • Working collaboratively with the PA Group
The successful candidate will be credible, hands on with the ability to work to differing priorities and deadlines with a positive outlook.
