  • 40 hours per week (to include shift rotas up to 10pm over 7 days)
    • What will the role includeFacilitating and improving their online reputation across the BMW, MINI, Skoda and Jaguar Land Rover brands. Receiving incoming telephone and online enquiries and responding to queries professionally and in a timely manner as set by the call centre requirements and standards. Some enquiries may need a direct sales approach in order to resolve them. The Online Sales Assistant role is all about creating a positive and premium first impression. They are looking for a team player who will take a keen interest in their customers ensuring that their needs are met consistently. A firm and courteous approach is essential as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong organisational ability, articulacy, above average listening ability and a solid administration skillset.Could this be the role for meAs the first point of contact for many of their customers they are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who understands what it takes to deliver outstanding levels of customer care whilst creating a positive first impression of their business. You should be a naturally personable and vibrant character who is able to build rapports quickly with their customers during telephone conversations, via the chat line and via electronic communications. The Online Sales Assistant will be presentable, reliable, punctual and willing to offer a 5 star service.
