Are you looking to get into the main dealership network Do you have at least 6 months experience working on passenger cars as a Motor Vehicle Technician or Fast Fit TechnicianIf so, I have a fantastic Service Technician position based in Exeter for a fantastic dealership. They are happy to consider someone from an independent background or from the likes of Kwik Fit or Halfords wanting to progress their career.If successful you will find yourself working for a company that are very good at looking after their staff, as a result they have a low staff turnover and great workshop comradery!The RoleIn this role you will find yourself working alongside a very capable team, with the focus of repairing and maintaining all vehicles that come into the workshop.RequirementsExperience working as a Vehicle Technician or Fast-Fit Technician, ideally with at least NVQ Level 2 would be ideal. They will also consider someone who has recently completed an Apprenticeship. If you have many years experience in the industry but are classed as Time-served you can also be considered.The PackageDepending on experience they are looking to pay a basic salary of £22,500 - £25,200. You will be eligible to take part in the bonus scheme which will give you an additional £3,000 - £5,000 per annum.The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm. These are paid at overtime (flat rate).
