Ideal for litigation lawyers looking for a change of direction or healthcare lawyerslooking for a step up.The successful candidate will be joining one of the top firms in Devon and recognised as one of the Top 100 UK firms. The work on offer encompasses a broad caseload, that includes conducting health-related inquests (including advocacy) primarily for theNHS, as well as working for independent health and social care clients and local authorities. There will also be a variety of cases of advice on health and social care advisory issues, including mental health, mental capacity and deprivation of liberty, medicaltreatment decisions and welfare planning disputes, safeguarding, access and funding disputes and continuing healthcare / Individual Funding Requests, information governance / DPA / FOI, judicial review and Human Rights Act claims.If successful, you would be joining a well-established team and given support to fully develop your career and interest in the healthcare sector.
