Independent estate agents seek a Lettings Negotiator to join the team of the lettings department based in their Exeter office.The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will be presentable, articulate, have a keen eye for detail together with excellent time management skills and a strong knowledge of all MS Office packages. Previous experience within a lettings role or ARLA qualification is highly desirable.
