We currently have an Internal Communications Manager position available for a motivated individual to join our team working in Exeter. In return, we offer an excellent range of benefits which include free car parking at the majority of our sites, company Sharesave Scheme, childcare support, and various health benefits.As our Internal Communications Manager, you will support our ambition to provide colleagues with relevant and meaningful communication, in a timely manner and in the format and channel that works best for them.Responsibilities as our Internal Communications Manager:- Understanding audiences, segmenting the audiences and building communications plans for each audience- Gaining insight from colleagues at all levels about their expectations for communications, levels of interest and channels that work- Owning set plays for colleague communications - online newsletter, story mining across the business and with the external comms team to share stories that align to our purpose, values and new deals for customers, people and the environment- Working with IT on an O365 engagement plan for colleagues that will create a schedule and a plan that excites colleagues about new ways of working with O365 tools- Creating engagement plan for senior leaders around use of Yammer, One Drive, Stream, Vimeo etc. to gain support- Working with Poppulo to create streamlined and professional e-mail headers and templates- Sharing ad hoc leadership update and all colleague updates- Providing ad hoc support to the Head of Internal Communications and the Department head- Playing a key role in the colleague and corporate affairs team and own ad hoc projects and duties that ariseWhat we are looking for in our Internal Communications Manager:- Internal communications training- Experience of communications writing for newsletters and leader and colleague updates- Experience of supporting for company financial results- Knowledge of Poppulo- Knowledge of O365 tools – Yammer, One Drive, Teams, Teams Live, Stream and Vimeo- Knowledge of Sharepoint intranet and updating- The ability to juggle priorities and many pieces of work at any one time- The ability to influence and adapt to stakeholdersClosing date: 8th April 2021If you are looking for a new challenge, please click apply now to be considered as our Internal Communications Manager - we look forward to receiving your application.
