Job Description

Are you currently working as a HR Manager in a fast-paced business Are you feeling a little stagnant in your current role and are looking for something new and exciting to challenge you Or maybe youre looking for your next step as an HR Manager intoa role thats offering you the opportunity to really make your markWe are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our client at their offices in Exter, with a primary focus on leading the HR team and getting involved in all things Human Resources!Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of the HR Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR
  • Coach and mentor managers with all activities through the employee life cycle
  • Develop, oversee and implement policies and procedures inline with current legislation
  • Be a key member in shaping the HR department and growing the company
  • Develop and maintain the employee benefits packages
  • Onboarding and off boarding of employees
  • Talent and succession planning within the organisation
  • Work to align both business and people strategies for the company
The PersonThe key skills and qualities of a HR Manager:
  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • CIPD qualification
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels of the organisation
  • Natural affinity for conflict resolution and solving problems
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
