An excellent opportunity to join a progressive Social Housing provider on an interim basis during a period of maternity cover. This role will be starting in September and will be going through to January 2021 with potential to be extended.You will be providing the strategic and operation lead on all matters relating to the housing services to include Housing management, Housing Maintenace, Lettings and Allocations, Sheltered Housing and Gas Servicing.You will need to have a strong background of working in the Social Housing sector, strong managerial skills with large dispersed teams who will be working remotely and an excellent understanding of Housing Law.This is initially an opportunity to work from home, however the plan will be integrate staff back into their offices in Devon during the contract period, so will require you to be available to work in South Devon.For further information about this role, please contact specialist Social Housing recruiter, Mark Grove, on , email your CV or apply via this site.
