You’ll discover Harcombe House is easily commutable from Newton Abbot and within easy reach of Exeter.The Benefits- Salary of £8.72 per hour- Pension: 8% pension contributions (contributions are paid by the Charity on your behalf; you may also choose to make your own contribution if you wish to do so)- Annual leave: 25 days’ holiday rising to 27 plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)- Life assurance: 3 x basic salary- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme- Become a beneficiary of the CharityThe RoleAs a Housekeeper, you’ll be delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guests and visitors at Harcombe House.We have the following shifts available:- 2 x 12.75 hours per week average, over a two week rotaWeek 1: Monday, 9am - 3.30pm and Saturday, 9am - 4.30pm; Week 2: Saturday, 9am - 4.30pm.ORWeek 1: Saturday, 9am - 4.30pm; Week 2: Monday, 9am - 3.30pm and Saturday, 9.00am - 4.30pm.- 2 x 16.38 hours per week average, over a two week rotaWeek 1: Monday, 4.30pm - 8.30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, 5.30pm - 7.30pm; Week 2: Monday, 12pm - 4.45pm, Thursday, 4pm - 8.30pm, Friday, 5.30pm - 7.30pm, Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday, 9am - 2.30pm.ORWeek 1: Monday, 12pm - 4.45pm, Thursday, 4pm - 8.30pm, Friday, 5.30pm - 7.30pm, Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday, 9am - 2.30pm; Week 2: Monday, 4.30pm - 8.30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, 5.30pm - 7.30pm.About YouTo join us as a Housekeeper, you’ll need:- Housekeeping experience- A basic understanding of Health and SafetyExperience of working in a similar high standard, customer-focused environment would be beneficial. Documented attendance of H&S, COSHH and manual handling training would also be an advantage.This is the ideal role for someone who has previously worked as General Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Cleaner, Cleaning Assistant, Housekeeping Assistant, or Hospitality Assistant.We reserve the right to close this role early should we receive a sufficient number of applications.
