HGV Parts Sales Advisor Exeter, DevonThe Company Founded in the 1940s, Stuarts has gone from the humble beginnings of transporting cattle in a second-hand Dodge, to a thriving multi-service family business and is now the only main Volvo Truck dealership in the region.Today we have expanded exponentially and boast automotive and vehicular services covering the whole of Devon and Cornwall.We are now looking for an HGV Parts Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week including alternating Saturday shifts between 08:00 and 12:00. The Role As an HGV Parts Sales Advisor, you will sell customers relevant parts for their HGVs as part of our Volvo Trucks Parts Department.Delivering outstanding customer service, you will provide customers with information on parts, pick stock and, where necessary, collect returned goods and issue receipts.Maximising our sales income, you will up-sell and cross-sell additional parts, accessories and services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of stock levels by receiving stock, recording deliveries and signing for goods.
