Job Description

Looking to make a differenceNo day is the same as a First Response Call Handler!Based in Exeter & Ashburton the Response Centre is hiring for various shifts, both full and part time hours. Full training will be provided. After 4 weeks this job has the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.You must be able to attend training in both Ashburton and Exeter - own transport is recommended.Hours available40hrs/ 32hrs / 20hrs (evening and weekend work available)Pay Rate£9.50 + shift allowanceFTE: £19,785 +OT / shift allowanceBasic Job Description

  • Assess, control and arrange a swift and appropriate response to emergency situations by calling the fire, police or ambulance service
  • Handle general customer service calls about the product
  • Assess calls from customers who are testing their devices and advising on maintenance
  • Accurately record details of all calls received and made
