Are you an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Operative looking for a new challengeSouth West Water provides reliable, efficient and high quality drinking water and waste water services throughout Cornwall, Devon, and parts of Somerset and Dorset. Our aim is to continually drive up standards, particularly in the areas that matter most to our customers and be amongst the best in the water industry.We now have an opportunity to join one of the South Wests leading employers as a Part Time Facilities Assistant, within our Property and Facilities team in Exeter.This role will be part-time, working 22.2 hours a week.What will you be doingJoining our team, the Facilities Assistant will carry out a range of maintenance tasks, primarily across South West Water’s Exeter sites, including painting and decorating, lamp changes, floor and carpentry repairs and minor plumbing work as well as supporting the Facilities Advisors.You will ensure that outside spaces are well presented and welcoming to employees and visitors by monitoring and clearing litter from the grounds, including the car park, and clearing drains and gulley’s and anything else such as snow and ice as and when required.What do you need
