My client based in Exeter are currently recruiting for an Electrical Trainer/AssessorThe role is working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30pm-4.30pm.The main purpose of the role will be to Train/Lecture and Assess for the Electrical brand.Ensuring that the quality of provision is maintained to the highest standard.Duties and responsibilities:To communicate effectively and professionally across all brands and centres.To provide support for all learners/trainees/clients.Responsible to the Curriculum Manager or representatives thereof for the lecturing and assessment of all learners/trainees/clients undertaking Electrotechnical programmes.Ensure that your knowledge is current to meet the technical and assessment requirements of the awarding organisations.To hold and work towards relevant qualifications as required.Maintain accurate records of CPD in line with the professional organisations requirements and comply with the requirements for Disclosure and Barring.Ensure knowledge is up to date with current legislation and working practices within the trade.Provide advice and guidance to all potential learners.Negotiate Individual Learning Plans (ILP’s) with all learners based on individual needs.To motivate learners to ensure success.To complete all required administration and maintain own records.To attend team meetings.To give verbal and written reports to the employer on learner progress in a timely manner.If this sounds like the role for you please apply here.If you do not hear from a member of the RSD Recruitment team within two weeks of submission of your application please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
