Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team on the telephonesresolving customer queries and making sure new policyholders get the cover thats right for them.Using modern contact centre technologies, you will help to make sure our customers receive a simple, friendly and personalised experience. And dont worry, theres no cold calling.A few words about youTo thrive at Rothwell & Towler you need a certain mindset. One that never loses focus on the end customer. You will also have a good level of IT literacy, an eye for detail and fantastic listening and communication skills.
