Customer Service Advisor - Exeter EX1 Hybrid or Office basedWe have an exciting opportunity for applicants to join a thriving Exeter business working as a Customer Service Insurance Advisor at First2Protect - a PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner business.First2Protect is an insurance broker based in a modern office in the Southernhay area of the City Centre. We have over 80 employees and 65,000 policy holders insured through us. We are proud to provide a first class service and hold a 4.7 Trust Pilot rating,as well as providing a 5 star Defaqto rated home insurance product.We provide property insurance solutions for a whole host of different clients along their property journey. This includes first time buyers’ right through to owners of large property portfolio’s, and everything in between!You will be working as part of a team responsible for delivering high levels of customer service via telephone and digital communications.
