Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Exeter EX1 Hybrid or Office basedWe have an exciting opportunity for applicants to join a thriving Exeter business working as a Customer Service Insurance Advisor at First2Protect - a PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner business.First2Protect is an insurance broker based in a modern office in the Southernhay area of the City Centre. We have over 80 employees and 65,000 policy holders insured through us. We are proud to provide a first class service and hold a 4.7 Trust Pilot rating,as well as providing a 5 star Defaqto rated home insurance product.We provide property insurance solutions for a whole host of different clients along their property journey. This includes first time buyers’ right through to owners of large property portfolio’s, and everything in between!You will be working as part of a team responsible for delivering high levels of customer service via telephone and digital communications. Giving advice relating to insurance products to help our customers protect their investments and in some cases, beingfirst point of contact to introduce the First2Protect service.Working alongside our partners in the mortgage and finance sector we pride ourselves on meeting our shared customer needs in both Household and Buy to Let insurance policies.Employee development is at the heart of what we do, all of our leaders and trainers were once advisors and have progressed into senior roles from developing their skills and knowledge throughout their careers here.There are also many opportunities for you to develop your career within First2Protect through our Learning and Development programs.What’s in it for you

Overview: Job Type: Full-time - Office working with opportunity to apply for hybrid working Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Days: Monday - Friday Salary: Ranging from £22,050 - £23,100pa with OTE at £24,054 - £25,575 with uncapped bonus opportunities.
